Dustin J. Heizer, President and Principal

Dustin is an experienced Program, Practice and Client Manager with over 20 years of experience in delivering sustainable solutions to clients for the natural and built environment. The practice consists of providing technical consulting services to clients, solving challenges and creating client solutions. He has a record of success in applying strong visioning, strategy, planning and organization skills to lead and assist clients with identifying and managing environmental risk and solving often complex interdisciplinary problems on projects that encompass the natural and built environment.

During his tenure with a large global consultancy based in Atlanta, Georgia, he consulted with many public and private clients and contributed to multiple high-profile redevelopment projects in the Atlanta area. The projects focus on sustainable land use and redevelopment, which have positively affect and strengthen the local community and State from a social, economic, environmental and infrastructure perspective.

He is currently serving as the President of the Georgia Brownfield Association (GBA) and the Vice-Chair of the Institute for Georgia Environmental Leadership (IGEL). Dustin has an environmental health and safety certification through the Institute of Hazardous Material Management (IHMM) and a B.S. in Environmental Systems from Mercer University’s School of Engineering.
